HOLIDAY OFFERINGS!

If you follow along on Instagram, you'll know that some due to some (temporary) health changes, the holiday season is going to look a little different this year.I haven't been able to be in the studio nearly as much as I would like to the past few months, and so my production just won't be able to keep up with the typical holiday rush like in past years. Winter Bluegrass Jams!

The best tunes to beat the winter blues with (if you have it), prevent it (if you don’t), and overall keep that inner hearth warm. No need to turn the thermostat up- just put on some AWD bluegrass/jamgrass jams!

HOMEWARD with Cree Cornejo

HOMEWARD with Cree Cornejo

I immediately thought of Cree for this series because of the way she speaks to healing (especially with femme bodies) and how it is rooted in so much- from the natural world, to deep compassion, her Mexican heritage, and so much more. Receiving her newsletters at the start of her business Wise Woman Sanctuary, always felt like a big warm hug in themself, and I wanted to share her wisdom and being with you all. I think we can all make space to learn from healers right now.

I have been making this simple recipe for many years now, and every time it hits the spot just right. I thought it would be the perfect recipe for right now with the abundance of wild mushrooms around us (whether or not you choose to forage them, or buy them at your local market/farmers market!).

HOMEWARD: With Gretchen Jones

Gretchen has been a long-time inspiration and someone who I worked with a few years ago in her Critical Conversations sessions through her business Weird SpecialtyI felt called to ask Gretchen to take part in this series as she is a prominent voice for deep change that I align with: economically, environmentally, socially, creatively…and is someone who has her finger truly on the pulse.
